Received SIM but changed mind

Hi,  My mum recently signed up for a SIM only 30 day plan, and has just received the SIM, but has changed her mind and will stick with her original provider.  We have not ported any number or put the SIM in a phone.

How can we make sure no money will be taken from her account?  We have not activated anything.

To return the purchase, your mum can contact our Live Chat Team here for assistance. Due to data protection reasons, it will need to be the person purchasing the SIM card who gets in touch. Alternatively, she can post a message here and we can help too.
