Hi. I need a replacement SIM card as the one that came with my order arrived damaged. Thanks.

Can you clarify what you mean by damaged?

Hi Mohammed 

Sim card was half hanging off the bigger credit card size card when it arrived. Like it had already been removed. It looks to me like sim has a scratch on the card, but doesn't really show up well on a picture. Can I get a replacement or should I return the handset?

Have you tested it to see if it is working at least in the interim?

I have lost my SIM card and need to order a a replacement, but I cannot register on the ID mobile app as I cannot find the security code and I cant have a reminder message sent to me as I don't have an active mobile. Can you help?
