Return SIM ordered by mistake

I need to return a sim I ordered in error, I wanted to change my current plan but mistakenly ordered a new sim. I have now changed my current plan. I have been trying to speak to someone through chat, but it keeps saying noone is available. Please help

I’m having the exact same issue. Need to return within 30 days but link takes you to chat and then no one available! Feel like it’s a ploy so that you can’t cancel!
