Yesterday (2sep 2020) I ordered a new contract phone to be delivered today, this morning a got a email saying it will be delivered between 12:08 - 13:08.
IT is now 14:00 and the tracking info says that a return to consignor was requested (09:51) and the lasted update is that it is being returned to carphone warehouse.

I have been home all day so have not missed any calls or deliveries. Can anyone give me a clue on what is happening?
