Sent phone back for exchange and haven't received replacement

Ordered a new phone and it came opened so I was informed by customer support to send it back for an exchange. I have done and confirmed that it has been delivered but have not received contact from iD about receivng the replacement phone. Additionally I don’t have the phone number as I stupidly forgot to note it down and tehy asked for it to be packaged with the receipt on the return. How do I contact to find out if my replacement is being sent?

Have you tried contacting the Live Chat team?  

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
