Hi I ordered a sim card I passed it took the 1p.out my bank account but it hasn't came and I orderd it a wk on Friday.

Have you had emails since to state your order went through ok?
If so, and you’ve still had no SIM delivered then please let us know as we’ll need to contact you via PM (or contact our Live Chat Team) to get a replacement SIM sent out.
Whether the order went through or was rejected, any 1p taken should have come back to you by now too. That 1p charge is just done to try and verify you are who you say you are and that the details given to us match what your bank has for you.
