sim card has not arrived


I was advised that my SIM card had been dispatched on 18th August and it has still not arrived?!

SIM card arrived but doesn’t work. 

Have already tried all advice from I D community.  Wipe sim, different device etc. 

Can you send me a replacement ASAP. 

I also need a new security code as one sent does not work either

Hello we’re glad that the new SIM card has arrived.

However, this SIM will be inactive and needs to be activated first.

 

Have you tried activating this on https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card

If you still have issues, just send us a message via our PM and we’ll assist.

I placed a SIM only order last week. I’ve received several emails since but the SIM has not arrived.

The post has been really hit and miss these days because of the pandemic. This could be causing delays to SIM cards being dispatched
