Sim card has not arrived

My mum made an order on the 9th of December, it was expected to have arrived within 3 working days but we have still not received it. She currently cannot make calls to anyone and we keep getting emails about the payment plan even though we have not recieved the SIM. Can I have an update on this?

We’re sorry to hear that. SIM cards can take up to 5 working days to be delivered so it should have arrived by the time we’re posting this message; did it arrive in the end? She did speak to the Live chat team. They said they'll send another one which should be coming in 3 days. It's past 3 days now and it still hasn't arrived.
