sim card has not arrived

Hi, 

I ordered my SIM card on Thursday 31st and had a confirmation of delivery on Saturday 2nd saying it would be delivered within 3 working days. I have not received it. I have had emails saying I am set up with direct debit and everything is ready to go, but I haven’t got the main thing! Could you let me know where it is please? My order reference is 115116126

Hi @Rockers79,

We are sorry to hear about this issue. Due to the recent bank holidays and of course delays at certain Royal Mail depots due to Covid outbreaks, it may cause the SIM card to be delivered later than usual but we will send you a PM now to issue a replacement in the meantime in case it has been lost in the post.
