SIM card has not arrived

Order for SIM complete on 4th Jan (115162102) stating that it will arrive within 3 days. I still have not received any SIM in the post and ID Mobile are already billing even though SIM has not yet been activated. Please confirm when my SIM card will arrive ASAP.
