SIM card hasn't arrived

Hello,

I ordered a SIM only plan on 23/12/20 and have not yet received my sim card or any tracking information. Could I please have an update on when I should expect my delivery?

I have also received a letter from yourselves stating my first payment will begin on 07/01/21… Something I am not in any way happy about if the SIM hasn’t arrived by then.

Hi @markh,

We are sorry to hear about the delivery delay. SIM cards can take up to 5 working days to arrive and due to Christmas, New Years and Covid delays in some areas it can extend the timescale. 

We will send you a PM now so that we can issue a new one if it still has not arrived.
