SIM card not arrived

I ordered my sim card a week ago. It hasn't arrived and my direct debit has been set up. I've tried ringing with no luck. The live chat is just a chat bot that can't help. I need to speak to a live person as soon as possible.

Sorry for not catching this one sooner @khector 

I think a lot of postal delays across the country currently are holding some things up much to the dismay of both you and I.

Has it arrived in the days since you posted here?  If not, please let us know and we’ll send a private message to investigate this further.

The sim has now arrived after 9 days. However I tried live chat numerous times and got a chat bot everytime which couldn't help. Also the phone number I tried kept cutting off whilst waiting for an advisor.  More customer service staff needed.
