sim card not arrived but i am being billed for this month

I’ve had emails saying my account and billing has been activated, but still no SIM has arrived. Can I have an update on SIM arrival please?

Please can I also have confirmation that my billing will NOT start until my SIM has arrived and been activated. 

My old contract with a different network is still running. I intended to cancel it once the new sim arrived, but am now paying for the old sim and this new sim that has not arrived.

Hi @SofiaB,

We’re sorry to hear about that; when did you order your SIM card? They can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
The contract starts on the date of dispatch in order for the SIM card to be up and running and ready to go as soon as it reaches you.
