It has been a week and no sim delivered

I am sorry to hear about this! If ordering a SIM card only then it should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Ordering a phone should arrive the next working day.

Hi how did you get a response about your sim card I've tried everything and no joy it's been 2 weeks

Hi - I ordered a new SIM card 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been delivered yet. It seems impossible to talk to a human being about this.

Hi…..i ordered a SIM on the 12th Dec and it has not arrived yet….do i need to request a new one, as its a xmas present for my son….many thanks to anyone that can help….
