Hello I have received my mobile but not my contract sim! Very angry as I need this ASAP!
I took out a new contract got my phone the next day but 7 days later still mo sim card and can't get in touch with customer services totally pathetic serve
Hello my Sim card has not been delivered. I will be cancelling direct debit as it is impossible to talk to anybody.
I will also be canceling my DD for the new sim if I dont get a reply soon feel so let down

Cancelling the Direct Debit won’t really solve anything, but I do understand your frustruation.
Royal Mail have had an influx of parcels and this has caused a backlog on orders thus the delays.
We hope the SIM has since arrived but if you’re stilll waiting for this, please let us know here.
