Sim card not delivered

Hi,

I ordered a SIM card on 5th January and it still has not been delivered. As the chat function of the website is not working and there is no email option I can only post on the community forum. Can a staff member please contact me to resolve this issue? I have been charged for a SIM that is not being used.
