Hi,any idea how long it's likely to take for delivery please

Hi @Shenty464,

SIM card deliveries take up to 5 working days to arrive however due to the Christmas period and various bank holidays added to the delays caused by Covid-19, this timescale may be extended. When did you order your SIM card?

I ordered it on 20th december

Hi @Shenty464,

Thanks. I would have expected you to receive it by 29th/30th December at the latest when taking into account the bank holidays and the weekend period in between. Have you still not received it? If not we will check this out further.
