Sim has not arrived

I ordered my SIM 9 days ago and it has still not arrived. I can appreciate a delay during COVID but my grievance is that firstly, there is no way to get help for any kind of update. The online chatbot is useless and there is no phone support.

I can not even get an iD account as I can not verify the code sent to the SIM which I do not have!

Secondly, the monthly payments start to be taken after 3 days, so I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and have no way to chase up!

I suspect the only solution would be to cancel the contract, but I am not even sure I can do that with no-one answering the phone and not being able to set up an account.
