I ordered my SIM 6 days ago now and it still hasn’t arrived- I am being charged by my old network for still having to use their services this month and also by iD for their new SIM. Please let me know if I will be receiving it or if I need to get a new one or leave the network.

Sounds frustrating - iD use Royal Mail to deliver SIM cards.
It usually takes 2-3 working days, although sometimes it’s longer, but don’t worry!
