I purchased the Id deal for 12gb data with unlimited calls and text for £8 a month through uswitch.
I received a thank you email saying my direct debit has been set up and a following email about the monthly bills but I have not revived my physical sim card nor an email saying my sim has been dispatched.
I am very disappointed in your customer service and I can't even cancel my contract because I can't make an account since I don't have an Id number since I didn't get a sim!
