SIM replacement, please

I got my phone repaired, and either they didn’t give my SIM back - unlikely - or it got lost in all the upheaval. I could really use a new SIM card, please.

Hi I got my upgrade today and activated the sim in the dpd pack. But the sim doesn't work in any phone everyone I've tried it says no sim. I have my old sim still but obviously that's deactivated as its gone over to new one. Need this sorted please.

Hello @Dmitchell87,

It can take up to 24-hours at most for a SIM activation.

Try restarting the handset and try again and failing that we will issue a replacement.
