As an existing ID customer, I ordered a new SIM, through the Uswitch website, from Id Mobile. This gave me more data for lower monthly payment. Having tried the new SIM, I am now in a complete muddle, my old SIM is still working & I can't get My Account to show my new tariff, so I think it is best to return the new SIM to you & stay on the old tariff with you. How do I go about returning the SIM which arrived yesterday, & cancelling it? Thank you. Pat O

Purchasing via USwitch is a new contract purchase so you’ll end up with 2 different numbers.
What you wanted to do was look at changing the plan of your old number to a new plan for one that provides better value.
