Ordered a new Sim Card on 9th December, has not yet arrived. Problem is my account with previous provider ends today and I want to move my old number over to ID Mobile. The form on your website to move my number asks for my iD mobile number and transaction number. I don’t have either as I think they come with the SIM card. I do have an order number. Tried ID Chatbot (many times) but it keeps telling me no agents are available.
