Want to Cancel due to Poor Coverage and Poor Service

Hi,

My data speed is poor in my local area and I have to cancel my contract. The web site has to facility to chat or even raise a complaint.

I am not going to pay any termination fees either.

I will take it to ombudsman if I am forced to.

Please PM me how I can cancel my contract.
