Where is my SIM card? 14 days since ordering?

It’s been a full two weeks since my order was completed and still no sign of my PAID FOR SIM card.

This is the second message I’ve left on here now - let’s see if this one gets answered!

Glad to hear it’s now arrived.

Royal Mail have had a big backlog of orders due to Coronavirus and this has impacted deliveries as such.

Still waiting on a parcel myself for an unrelated purchase for over a week!
