We ordered a sim card over a week ago and it has not arrived yet! Where is it? When can I expect it?

Hello @fate,

Sorry to hear the SIM has not arrived.

Royal Mail have been backlogged due to Covid-19 and the festive season, causing delays on SIM deliveries.

Have you since had the delivery or still waiting for this?
