So I ordered a Google Pixle 3a on the 4th (A Saturday) and I got a text saying it would be delivered on the 6th and I would get a text by 11 am. Its now 9 o’clock on Monday and still no text, and the DPD website says that they have my order details but not my package. I understand there are delays at the moment but I really want my new phone and it would be nice to know if its going to arrive at all. Thanks in advance Matthew

SIM only orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail, and usually take between 2-3 working days to be delivered. There is no tracking number, and no need to sign - the SIM will be delivered in an envelope amongst your other mail, so keep an eye out. Orders that include a handset are sent via DPD's next day delivery service. On confirmation of dispatch, DPD will send you a text or email, stating your tracking number and delivery date. On the day of delivery you'll receive another notification from DPD advising your delivery timeslot. Once you have your DPD tracking number you can track your delivery here. I have just received my confirmation email with my reference saying my order has been dispatched however I’ve been given no tracking order for DPD so I’m not sure as to how I’m going to sort that out. I also cannot ring the Customer service number to speak to someone because it’s asks me to enter my id number which obviously I do not have yet. can someone please help :) thank you
my billing address is different to my shipping address and i had no option to change it when i purchased my new phone. i contacted ID (twice), they said they couldn't change my address and needed to contact DPD. i contacted DPD and they said they couldn't change it as ID put a lock on changing my address and that the only way to change my shipping address was for ID to contact the DPD community manager and change it manually. please can you contact the DPD/ID support manager and do this ASAP as my phone arrives tomorrow and if it goes to my billing address i wont be able to retrieve it. DM me for my new shipping address. it's a joke that there is no option to make your billing address different to your shipping address, and that you cant easily change it

Yesterday (2sep 2020) I ordered a new contract phone to be delivered today, this morning a got a email saying it will be delivered between 12:08 - 13:08.IT is now 14:00 and the tracking info says that a return to consignor was requested (09:51) and the lasted update is that it is being returned to carphone warehouse. I have been home all day so have not missed any calls or deliveries. Can anyone give me a clue on what is happening?
I have lost my phone and was sent a replacement through insurance. It arrived today but without a SIM. I have been told to contact my network provider (ID) but their customer service lines are closed because of COVID. Is there any way of ordering one online? If not, i may have to cancel my contract and find another provider. Not an ideal time to be without a phone!!
I’ve started a new SIM Only contract with ID Mobile making an order online. Obviously there’s a delivery period before the service is available for me to use. However, ID Mobile seems to ignore this gap in service being available to use and starts charging straight away, starting the bill date from the order date. Other networks set this date to be when the SIM is activated. Utility companies start charging when they’ve completely taken over the service. Landline, broadband, TV services start the billing date from when the service is live and available to the customer. With the current coronavirus lockdown, deliveries are further delayed. However, I already have a bill issued, probably at least a week before I even have the SIM. Why is ID Mobile not considering when the service becomes available for the setting of the bill start date? Why isn’t a window period given for a customer to activate their new SIM to set it as the bill start date? This is completely unacceptable and if the b

Hi, I ordered and received a new phone in Dec for my daughter for Xmas. She is now trying to set it up and it doesn't have a site card! There wasn't one in the box and we haven't received one separately in the post. Is this correct?? She is also trying to register with the iD app, is the security code the Account Number? If so, it won't recognise it, if not, the. I haven't been sent one? can you help please? thank you

We apologise that due to the popularity of our current offers, we’re currently experiencing minor delays in processing orders ready for dispatch. We are confident however that we will be able to prepare your order in the next 3-5 days. We’ll email you again to confirm when your order has been successfully processed and dispatched. Once again thank you for being an iD customer, and we apologise that on this rare occasion we have been unable to provide our normal delivery service. I received this email saying ‘Thank you for placing your order with Carphone Warehouse.We are pleased to let you know that your order has now been processed. You'll receive a further email once it's been dispatched from our warehouse, letting you know when it's on its way to you, or when it will be ready to collect from your chosen Carphone Warehouse or Curry's PC World store.’ does this mean I have been accepted for the phone?
