0800 caller tries my number and receives message "your call cannot be continued". Not roaming. the 0800 caller has previously made calls to me succesfully.

If the caller hides their number, can they call OK?
There are no numbers blocked on my phone.
I am unable to request the 0800 caller to hide their number.

Umm… looks like you might be reliant on iD looking at your network account and hopefully finding out why this is happening.

You can also chat to iD Mobile using facebook or Twitter.
Getting answers in the iD Community can take much longer because messaging isn’t real-time - it can sometimes take a few days for iD to read your post.
Just bear in mind that the iD agents work between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends. Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
