Hi I have accidentally cancelled my direct debit. How can I set this up again please? I tried inputting my bank details but it stated the details were the same as last time.

Was the direct debit cancelled from your bank? If so, this may be why the app won’t let you add the same details as the cancellation may not have come through to us just yet as it can take a few days normally.
We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account so we can discuss your issue further. To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.
