account suspended after late payment

I missed a payment (fully at fault of course, but really inefficient and not helpful that direct debit doesn't work) but I payed it off as soon as I was alerted I missed a payment, and it's been over 24 hours and phone calls, texts and data STILL is not working. I've already tried restarting my phone / using flight mode etc. Contacting ID is borderline impossible!! Please can this issue be resolved asap, thank you

Sorry @James Allen, what’s the issue with the Direct Debit (DD) for your iD account?

Has it ever worked?
