App still not working

I tried logging in on the app today and a message comes up "Oops, unable to connect. Please check the network settings used" My network settings haven't changed. I saw the reply on here from July 2021 saying work is being done on the app. When will it be fixed?

I can answer my own question now because I realized that I last logged on successfully to the app on 18 August, but at a family member's house on their wifi. Just now I turned off my wifi on my phone and put on mobile data - tried logging on and it didn't work. I then turned my wifi back on on my phone and was able to get onto the app! Let's hope I can do it again now I've posted this reply!

My second reply - actually it's still not working - the dashboard came up, but when I checked it wouldn't bring up my account details. It said " no valid content to display". Hope the app gets fixed soon because it was great before.

We can confirm there are no current reported issues with the app. 

Please can you clear your cache and cookies to see if this helps? 

You could also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling again.

I tried it again just now and it's working! It just wouldn't work at all yesterday - weird!
