Bill paid but services still off

I paid my bill over 24 hours ago and my services are still not connected even though it's telling me there is no balance on my account

Ask an iD agent to have a look at your network account.

Do this in real-time using the iD Live Chat service - the agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays.

I’d recommend contacting us on the iD Mobile Live Chat or either on Facebook or Twitter so we can verify the bills have been paid and we can reinstate the services!

Have you asked an iD agent to look at your iD account?

If not, I recommend contacting iD using the online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat service - the customer service agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays.
