Bill reminder message

Hello!

I have a contract for my grandma that I pay for. She has memory problems and the message reminder about the monthly bill being due makes her anxious and she tries to give me money all the time. I wondered if there was a way of stopping this message? The bill is paid direct debit any way so there is no need for the reminder.
