Help! I’ve lost my mobile phone so I need to block the SIM and get a new replacement SIM sent to me.

That’s not good news @Kass13.

The “What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?” community article tells you exactly what you need to do in this situation.

Okay @Kass13, I recommend you don’t post your mobile number in this PUBLIC community. Anybody online can see your number and might choose to misuse it.

Contact iD Mobile using their online chat service https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to get immediate help with your issue.

Logout of the iD Community before you use the iD online chat.

If you don’t logout of the iD Community, online chat won’t work on your smartphone.

It might be easier to use an iPad, tablet, or laptop to have your online chat with iD Mobile.
