Callers/People I call cannot hear me

Have had number switch over from Three, so I know the network is fine.

Any call I make, or any call i receive I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. Happens on every call regardless if it’s WiFi or not.

 

This is urgent as I have hospitals trying to contact me and I cannot speak to them to even ask to use a different number!

Sorry @Dean Puckett, this online forum isn’t real-time - it could be days before someone from iD Support reads your post.

If it’s urgent, use the Live Chat service to contact an iD agent - they’ll be able to look at your iD account while you’re chatting online.

To speak to an agent, type “talk to a person” after getting connected on the online chat. 

The iD agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.
