Calling not working on Huawei phone

Hi, 

 

I have just paid my bill yesterday and since I've not been able to make any calls despite my payment going through. When I make a call an automated voice says "you have reached ID customer service" or "there has been an unknown error". How can I fix this?

If your account was suspended due to non payment and you have since made a manual payment, restrictions should be lifted within the hour although I believe it can take up to 24 hours in some instances. Have you tried powering off the device and turning it back on? If you have and it still doesn’t work then speak to a live agent on the link below or wait for an ID Mobile member of staff to respond to your post.
