Phone Received OK but SIM didn’t work. Eventually got new SIM but had to go to shop to get activated and number transferred from old phone. After 2 weeks my number has not transferred and now gone back to shop to resolve but cannot access my id account. requested new password, received 8 digit number and entered but now id do not recognise my username. I have spent hours and hours on this and received little or no help online or in store. Can I return phone and get a full refund because there is no real help from ID here ?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving. If you want to return the handset, then you can return to the Carphone Warehouse, and if you’re within the returns period they will accept the return of the handset and cancel the contract.
