Hi. My Samsung phone will no longer connect to ID mobile network, and is showing a grey ‘no entry’ symbol. Things I’ve done:
Remove/replace sim
Switch on/off
Restore factory settings
Request a text or callback to obtain pin to login, but without network, can’t receive calls or texts
Forget wifi network and reconnect (wifi seems OK, but that doesn’t connect to ID Mobile)
Do we know what’s caused this? I’m in the SW12 area of London, there don’t appear to be any reported problems.
Please help, it’s been more than 24 hours now!
