Can't receive calls or texts following PAC transfer

New customer to ID. Received a text saying my old number has been transferred but although i can make calls and send texts, i can’t receive calls or texts.  I have tried restarting several times, and also turning the network on and off. Can anyone help please? I think it might be a split port issue.
