can’t reguster have message in and still nothing

Won’t let me register in the app or desktop. Have messaged in and still not sorted. Should have stayed with other supplier. 🙄

That sounds frustrating. 

You probably need to use the iD Live Chat service here, in order get this sorted quickly.

Use the service to chat, in real-time, with an iD advisor; they’re available between 9am - 8pm weekdays - type “talk to a person” after you’re connected to avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot.

Are there any error messages ? 

Have you been with iD Mobile in the past ?

Are you using your ported number or temporary iD Mobile number, when registering ?
