My mother has locked herself out of her phone and needs to request a new PUK code. Unfortunately, for some reason, when contacting via phone, it won’t accept the four digit ID (account no/phone no) - although this is definitely correct as the paperwork is in front of us.
I can’t find a way to speak to someone on the technical side of things on the phone. She also hasn’t got an account on line, and when I try to set it up, it sends a code to the phone, which is of course locked.
Can you advise how she should contact someone to request a new PUK number please?Nikki
