cancel contract

Dear ID

I would like to cancel my contract, paying any necessary fees which is says are £25,, but like others I go through the steps online and it simply says I have to contact customer services- and this appears to be the only route to do this. Not very user friendly.

please contact me so that I cancel the contract ,
