cant log in/ change data plan

hello, 

i am trying to add on more data for my plan because i run out to quickly but when i tried to redownload the id mobile app is says that my password is always incorrect or my email and if neither of those then it’s my mobile id number, now i’m not exactly sure what my number is but i have entered the only option which could be correct. i have said to register again and is says the number isn’t acceptable or there was something that’s wrong, all i’d like to do is log into my account and change my data plan.

You can find your number by calling someone and asking them to confirm.

If you could try resetting the account password with your number and let us know how you get on?
