Ho, I'm eligible for an upgrade and I'm currently on 43 pound per month for the note 20, however all my "upgrade" options are below 30 pounds. I've searched the community forums and I've spoken to the sales team multiple time via Live chat and over the phone, but they state they're unable to offer alternative options. I need help as I'm confused as to why some are able to get help from the sales team to get the phone they want but for me it appears its not an option. Thanks in advance.

You might get a better deal in-store in your local Currys.
