Will I have to give my phone back or trade it in if I cancel my plan early and look for another plan with a new phone with yourselves

Hi @Dan Frances, if you leave your contract early, you’ll have to pay an early termination fee, but you won’t have to send the phone back.

Just a word of warning: if you cancel your current plan and take out a new plan with us, you’ll be given a new number and you won’t be able to transfer it.

The only way to get a new phone and keep your number is to upgrade.

Okay @Dan Frances, you’ll be able to keep the phone, but there’ll be an early termination charge, if you cancel before your contract ends.

You can text INFO to 85075 to get an idea of your early termination charge - this doesn’t cancel your contract, just tells you how much you’ll need to pay if you do cancel your contract.
