Whenever I turn on my data it says I have 4G available however nothing will work as if I have no connection. Using the internet I revive a message saying “could not establish a connection to the server”

This sounds strange. Is this on all websites and Apps, or just certain ones?
How many bars of signal do you have showing when this happens? If you can providea postcode, we can run some checks on that for you if you like?
