Hi, I get 5GB of data each month of which I never use up, however this month I have had a text not even into half the month saying I’ve used 80% of my data. I haven’t used anything different to normal so this cannot be correct, I’ve tried the live chat conversation which wasn’t of much help and cannot contact an actual person to help me figure out what’s going on. Any help ?
