Hi does anyone know how to fix error code 0?

I can't call or send texts to anyone it's really frustrating and I dont know how to solve this

Any suggestions?

Hey @Josh Cousins, error 0 usually occurs when you’ve hit your bill cap, but that sounds unlikely here, unless you’re on a plan with limited minutes and texts and you’ve used them all? Or perhaps you’re trying to call internationally?

I’d recommend speaking to the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account and see what’s going on.
