False VMS message sent out

While recently i hospital the ID signal proved inadaquate. I borrowed a GiffGaff sim card and fitted it into my iPhone X. Now out of hospital I’ve gone back to the ID sim. It all orks except that incoming voice calers get a message saying that my call can’t be taken and inviting that they leave a message on the GiffGaff vms system.

I‘ve reset ‘network settings and I’ve turned the phone off and on but these actions achieved nothing.

Any ideas please?

Hi @holdswc 

So just to confirm, you are now re-using the iD Mobile sim inside your phone, however, the Voicemail answer machine is a GiffGaff one and not an ID Mobile one?
