Final Demand Notice

Hello.  I am an ex ID mobile customer and I left a couple of years ago.  Today out of the blue I have received a Final Notice Demand for £39.  I have had no other correspodence for any demands of monies untill today.

The frustrating part is that I cannot get in touch with ID mobile customer services to sort this out.  The email service complaint@idmobile.co.uk is no longer in use.  The chat bot doesnt work and automated telephone line requires my phone number which is no longer recognised and therefore cuts me off!!!

So is there anybody from ID mobile on here get in touch with me with a way to solve this problem please?
